Fun Fact: Wisconsin's first vineyard was planted in 1846 (two years before Wisconsin became a state) by Agoston Haraszthy at what is today Wollersheim Winery. Haraszthy moved to California two years later during the gold rush, and went on to be "considered one of the founders of the California wine industry." Let that sink in... (We're also working on a documentary on the subject.)
